The first stage of production. Instense planning by the GSI Engineering Department ensures a problem-free production, installation and years of usage.

Every wire-line is checked. Every measurement is verified. Every detail is examined. All this before a single sheet of metal is touched.

This is where Engineering meets metal. At this stage, each panel is cut into the exact size pieces needed to build the unit.

A robust ¼ inch sheeted steel is used for all units. Each piece is cut by exacting standards using 40 tons of downforce per punch. Any flawed pieces are immediately discarded and re-cut. There is no room for poor quality at any stage of production.

Super heavy duty forming machines bend, twist, press and hammer the precut pieces as designed.

Since so many of our units are custom-fit, this work still needs to be done one piece at a time with human assistance.

Highly protective, anti-corrosive paint is applied prior to assembly to ensure each section a solid seal against the elements.

Generously applied in multiple coats, each section is allowed to cure for 36 hours. From this point on the metal is so well protected that the last thing you'll have to worry about is corrosion cause by the elements.

Highly trained professionals begin laying the wiring down into the unit. Hundreds of diodes, switches, transformers; thousands of feet of wire and more make up the complex maze of circuitry.
